Everything is fine before Ground Plane step in calibration and I could see the three markers in calibration tool in the scene of Preview and Wand Capture. I also got satisfying calculation result. When I processed to Ground Plane step there are only three cameras in the scene. Sometimes 'Ready to set' appeared on the right, but nothing happened except the three cameras disappeared after I push the 'Set Ground Plane' button. What should I do?

Please save your wanding data as well as the initial calibration result (prior to ground plane set attempt) and send them to support. We should be able to determine what is going wrong.

My hunch is that it's something simple.
