Adding extra data

Hi does anyone know why Arena is adding approximately 16,700,000 (exact amount varies) to the start of the files, but not all files? This is giving me problems with the extraction because the rigid body tracking seems to be thrown off by this. When I extract just the parts (don't need the whole motion) I'm interested in, the last third (approx) just freezes. If I try to extract more to counteract this then what I get is not what the .pt2 files show.

Redoing these captures would cost a lot of money so I would rather use the ones I have if possible. I have ordered tracking tools will this help?

I am running Arena v 1.7.3000 Build 10605 Aug 3, 2011

I will try running it on my machine at home but it is not as powerful as the one here.
