I am currently exporting skeleton data to the .C3D format and extracting marker information in MATLAB using the MATLAB files present on the www.c3d.org website.

The data extracted in MATLAB corresponds to only the (x, y, z) coordinates of each marker for every frame.

Is there any way I can extract the joint angles data of the skeleton from ARENA?

If you are looking for joint angle data you will need to export as BVH. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
