slim 100 and v100 together

the website says that cameras of different types cannot becombined in a single system. So, no c120 with a v100. does that include the v100 and slim 100? Can these two cameras be mixed as I believe they're based on the same hardware?

Technically yes, you can mix these two cameras. There is a nice sync cable interface on the FLEX, but not on the SLIM, as it is a board level product. The connection is pinned out to the rear of the board / case for it, but you have to make your own cable. The connector is a standard 2mm one, and the pin out is on the product page.
