Arena has real time export to Motion Builder for labeled 3D point data. Also, before release we plan to support an open source 3D marker and joint angle data output, so you can do whatever you want with the data.

Currently it is Motion builder 7.5, and we have a plug-in that is installed with the latest version of the software. Then you can enable the streaming on the other tab.
To export the data to a .bvh, and .c3d format, you can go to File -> export

It has been successfully tested with MB 7.5, 7.5e1, and 7.5e2x32 (with compilations for x64 soon)
