take overlaying

Post by leith »

it would be nice to be able to overlay a number of existing takes with a live session. That way, you can see the recorded takes existing in the same space as the live and potentially recording take in order to sync them as best as possible during the performance.

It would also be nice to be able to transform the overlaid takes to different locations, scales, orientations.

It would also be nice to be able to set up time offsets for the overlaid takes.

This will aid in the stitching together of complex movements and such, while you are still capturing, rather than having to wait until after the session to figure it all out.
