I need to add another one, for the actual skeleton process, not just RB's.

Hello Sean,

I saw the video tutorial that you have on fluidimages site showing how to stream rigid body data from Arean into motion builder and how to snap on the rigid body button inside the optitrack marker set. Thank you very much for the video. It was a place for me to start.

Since you have already done this, I wanted to ask you how are you then attaching the markers to a sword model. I am trying to figure this out. If you could please tell me how to then attach the optitrack recorded data to a geometry, eg. a sword, that would be really helpful.

Thank you in advance. I would very much appreciate if you could give me some tips in this regard.

Sincerely,
Ckdas

Hi Kitesflyer,

The original post is nearly 3.5 years old now, so I suspect that link is dead. Additionally, it was probably a tutorial for an older version of MoBu and ARENA, so the pipeline has likely changed a bit. You can refer to my other responses to your posts for help on this topic:

You also have the option of creating your rigid body in MoBu, using the streamed optical data, though in effect that's what our plugin is doing behind the scenes already. For more information on that pathway, consult your MoBu documentation.
