DAZ Studio Plugin not working with Arena 1.6

I'm using DAZ Studio 2.3 with the Arena plugin in conjunction with Arena 1.6. I connect to Arena fine, select the character fine. I follow the steps in your video tutorial on how to connect to DAZ but my 3D model (Michael 4) doesn't moves.

Could it be the new Arena 1.6 has broken the plugin?

I belive the current plugin only has supprt for 2.2, not sure it has been tested with 2.3.

That's very unfortunate. DAZ Studio is soon going to version 4, an update should be done to this plugin already.

The functionality of this plugin is very important to our work.

Any chance Natural Point could keep a version of DAZ 2.2 available in their site for download? Right now that version is so old there is no way to get a copy of it.

Since it is a 3rd party software application, the chances would be limited.

I'm going to show now how much of a newbee I am with this next question for sure:

Since I cannot use this plugin which I guess its main function is to translate from 100fps to 30fps in DAZ Studio and see the DAZ characters moving in realtime how can I do this with BVH import? I tried to translate to 30fps when saving to BVH but the speed comes out wrong. So far everything I have tried comes out too fast or too slow. The only way I know to get good timing in DAZ Studio is if I leave the speed at 100fps.

Default port and multicast settings were changed for Arena 1.6, if you set them to below values in Stream tab, streaming does work with DAZ 2.3 version.

Command Port: 1510
Data Port: 1001
Multicast Address: 224.0.0.1
Right Hand Coord: checked
Rigid Body Data: checked
Skeleton as Rigid Bodies: checked

I'm trying to stream now to Daz 2.3.3.146 with the same result of nothing being streamed. What version does the plugin offcialy support as I still cannot get this streaming into daz3d. I have 1.6.1

I have the same version installed and stream does work here. Can you try running DAZ and Arena on same PC? Can you send us a screen shot of Arena and DAZ's stream settings?
