Very impressive Koan! very good indeed.. your mocap is excellent and you put everything together extremely well. Your storytelling is very good too..

The only thing I would add to this to make it perfect would be a little more ambient movement of hands (I know this is very time consuming and tedious), eye movements and maybe a little more expression (things like eye winces, blinks..etc)

Hey Bryan! Thanks! You know I've been thinking the same exact this. This was my first run with a new rendering software (3DS) and the hand/eye movements are definitely in the agenda for the next one.

In fact, I might be heading to Siggraph in a few weeks to snoop around the Optitrack booth to find out more about their facial capture suite. :-)

Nicely done! Great lighting, movements, and camera angles--very cinematic and moody!
