Is there any tutorial that shows the post facial capture pipeline.
1. I can't figure out how to get remove the head movement. I have made a custom face template, and I'm using the default head mesh. So now the head is moving with the markers, but as soon as I export the data in fbx into 3ds max, the markers come with the head movement. That's fine but what if I want to remove the head motion? I can't find any place to do that.
2. When I'm loading the fbx animation on 3ds max controllers, the controllers are loosing all its extra attributes like linking, expressions, even freeze transformations. Everything is removed when I load the fbx data. Is that normal? Is there any simple pipeline for facial transfer in 3ds max?

Export your data as . C3d and you will have an option to remove head animation. Import into motion builder and export as fbx
