Problem with markes and trajectory

When I do the trajectory skeleton and the markings are left with unlabed. What might be happening?

This could be caused by several things.

1 - There are several extra points, within the capture area, that the software is detecting during the capture.

2 - Some of the data points are being detected incorrectly (duplicated), so they aren't seen as part of the full skeleton, and are therefore listed as unknown.

Even using only the points of the skeleton that happens. How can I prevent or correct it?

If you could send in copies of the data, that you are seeing the issues with, we can take a look at what might be causing the issues.

Please send some sample data to support@naturalpoint.com
(pt2, skl, cal), as well as a quick description of the issue, a link to this forum, and your software license serial number.
