markers positions

I want to know which SDK (Camera, tracking tools etc.) should I use for process markers positions in real time of an already created facial template. I have done something similar for rigid bodies by creating a trackable rigid body and then by using the tracking tools SDK I can initialize the cameras and process in real time the markers positions of my trackable. Now I want to do something similar but with a facial template. can I do that? can anyone give me directions on this?
