Point Cloud Settings Auto-Refresh

It can be confusing working with 2D data that changing Point Cloud settings doesn't have an effect until you scrub to another frame, or press play. I often find myself paused on a particular frame adjusting settings like Residual(mm) or Min Line and having to constantly move forward and back a frame to see the results of the new setting.

Refreshing instantly would be very helpful.
