the complete version number is Arene v 1.1
I am using 6 flex v100 cameras

This is likely an issue that has since been fixed in subsequent releases over the past few years. Please email support@naturalpoint.com with your camera serial numbers or software serial number, and I can look through our registration to find the versions your license is valid for and we can get your software updated.
