not getting calibration report

I am watching your three point wanding video tutorial and at 3min 23sec into the video he hits apply and up comes the calibration report. I do not get this. I am useing your current software release. How Do I go about upping my calibration from medium to High then to very high? What I am getting is once I hit apply that is it. I have no option to up the calibration to the next level. So what I am doin is just doing calibrations at very high but I read some were on this forum that opti track recommends to go up in steps.

Hi Far_Star

Once you get the calibration to say "excellent" or preferrably "exceptional" at medium.. BEFORE you hit apply, just click the dropdown and select "high".. it will start the calibration all over... once it gets to the point again where the numbers are not changing.. then drop down again to "very high"... once all of this is completed.. you then hit the apply button.
