Tracking Tools SDK

how can i get the full tracking tools SDK becouse when my school bought the software we found only 1 .h and is not complete.
we want to work with the headers but we can not do it, becouse the header is not complete.

What's missing from the header file? The .h included in the Tracking Tools install should be complete.
What version of Tracking Tools?

i have the last version.
My problem is
i want to create everything with visual c++ i don�t want to use the tracking tools software, i want to work with tracking tools API..
and when i sow the .h i could not find some functions like how create a proyect and how create a calibration, etc,,, i want to worl only with tracking tools API no tracking tools API.
