I haven't seen any info on using square markers, like the ones I bought from naturalpoint's website. It seems that the tracking tools I'm using likes to filter out non circular objects, which would be counterproductive if using 2D, square markers. Is there any setting to optimize tracking tools to find these markers?

The squares were not created for 2D tracking. They can be applied to a somewhat spherical object for tracking.
