Filter switch, how to use it
I have found IR spectrum checkbox in the advance camera settings. What is for ? I just want to write video and tracking markers at once using FS camera, but without success yet. Does anyone know how to do that, please help ?
Re: Filter switch, how to use it
In the Tracking Tools, the "IR spectrum only" checkbox controls the FilterSwitcher which switches cameras between the capture of infrared or visible light.
Cameras may only operate in one mode at a time. If a camera is operating in MJPEG or grayscale mode, then it cannot also operate in a processed video mode and detect markers. If you would like to record scene MJPEG or grayscale data at the same time as processed marker data then we recommend using two cameras. One camera to capture the video and another to process and capture the markers.
