Hi,

is it possible to stream any kind of marker configuration to MotionBuilder or do we have to follow the marker set defined by Arena ? In particular, I would like to position arm markers in other locations than the one needed by arena and use it in MB.

Yes, it is possible to stream other markers to Arena (such as rigid bodies in the scene).

However, Arena does not fully support custom marker sets. This means that if you want to take advantage of the skeleton solving in Arena you will need to stick with the standard marker sets in the Wizard. Alternately, you can try setting up a couple of your own rigid bodies on the arm and see if they track well enough to suit your needs. They won't be part of the skeleton hierachy though.
