They told us Optitrack can connect with Trackd before we purchase, but after we purchase trackd, they even said they had no time to solve their trackd connector's terrible bugs!!!

I do not understand this post. We do fully support TrackD. It is fully tested and functional, we have many customers using it. I might say that TrackD is not the easiest to use interface, and we might suggest VRPN if you can use it (VRPN is free), but it does work. Perhaps you can shed more light on your issues?
