Marker Positions from Arena or Tracking Tools

Hi,
Is there a way to stream individual marker positions from Arena or Tracking tools via NatNet or VRPN.
The problem we are trying to solve is to compute the distance between two markers (we only need 2 markers, no body suit or rigid bodies involved)
We tried receiving the marker data from Arena 1.6 by using the latest NatNet SDK. Unfortunately Arena doesn't seem to send marker data when there are only 2 markers.
Is there any NaturalPoint software that we could use to stream the positions of the two markers. Or is the only solution to write our own camera calibration code to receive the marker positions?

Many thanks,
Bernhard

At least one rigid body or skeleton needs to be loaded before ARENA will trajectorize untracked 3D markers.

Untracked 3D marker locations in 3DOF (X, Y, Z) physical coordinates, can be streamed using the Tracking Tools software.

Hello,
is there a possibility to track only one marker with the Tracking Tool? Or has it to be at least two markers to get real-time info?
Thanks.
Diana

I just want to get something straight about the difference between Tracking Tools and Arena. Can Arena do everything tracking tools can do in terms of streaming live and exporting data about a rigid body? But from the comparison chart Arena can't track live or export data on single marker postions?

One of my projects is to track the motion of a canoe paddle and/or pendulum. I currently have Arena.
