TrackIr 5 with Pro clip freezes in BMS 4.33

I get random freezes during the game, this is very frustrating as I cannot look at any instrumentation and have to abort the mission, playing multi play you can imagine this causes problems for the team. When the freeze occurs both LED's on the TrackIr unit are green.

I have tried assigning a hot key to pause/unpause TrackIr, (A fix suggested on a forum somewhere) if I get a freeze (90% of the time) if I hit the hot key (scroll lock) then both leds on the TrackIr unit go red, press it again and they both go green. If I Alt tab out of BMS TrackIr is working within the TrackIr software no problem. I am using a set of Warthog joysticks and there doesn't appear to be a common command using the sticks that cause the freeze, its totally random, on the odd occasion I can fly a short mission without a freeze.

Do either of the LED lights on the TrackIR ago away when it freezes? Are you using the TrackClip PRO or the standard TrackClip?

No Mike, both green LED's remain on, I am using the Pro clip with IR leds.
