TrackIR 5 software crashes - workaround

Many people have been affected by immediate crashes of their TrackIR 5.x software on load. Testing has shown that this is a result of the triple buffering option being enabled in either the ATI Catalyst Control Center or nVidia Control Panel (though the issue is much more prevalent with ATI boards).
If your TrackIR software is sluggish or crashes immediately, try disabling Triple Buffering within your video software, and reloading. If you need assistance with this, or if it does not fix the issue, please contact support@naturalpoint.com for more information.
