My triple buffering is off, my v-sync too but my trackir still doesn't want to run

I'm using Trackir for Flight simulator X

Here's my event log:

Our lead support engineer can help you look into the issue further on Monday, in the mean time try using the TrackIR 4.x software instead of 5.x as a workaround.

Is there a possibility to maybe post a solution on the forum?

I'm in Europe and I don't have much time to talk to someone.

But for now TrackIR 4.x works fine

We have had some compatibility issues with the AMD 13.3 driver version. Could you please confirm which version you are using? Could you also try a different version and see if this resolves your issue?

I have this same problem with atioglxx.dll file and TrackIR 5.x software

I loaded 4.x software and got it to start.

Has there been any progress with problems associated with the atioglxx.dll file?

That worked but I had a couple tracking freezes during game play (IL-2) which I corrected using F12 or going in and out of Autopilot. I'll still use the 5.1.3
