ArmA 3 and 2 don't recognize Track IR as a controller

Hi,
I just gotten Track IR 5 shipped, installed the software and the hardware correctly, but ArmA 2 and ArmA 3 don't recognize it as a controller. Well, im kinda curious why this is the case, my camera is tracking and recognizing my reflector, ive run everything as an admin and its in the device list of windows. if someone could give me a helping hand on this, i would apprechiate it.

Have you tried updating the games list? What about right-clicking and running both as administrator. I only have three problems when getting TrackIR and ArmA to work together are that the games list is out of date, they are operating on different permission levels, or the TrackIR is not enabled in the games menus.

Well,
my Games list is Up-to-date and i run both Programms as administrator on my PC,
so that shouldnt be the problem, but i cant find a option in the game for TIR,
so i think its not enabled in the game itself, but i cant find an option to activate TIR.
so yeah... if you can tell me where to find that option, that would be brilliant.

Hi,
I was experiencing this same problem, I rolled back to 5.1.3 and the TrackIR worked straightaway.

In Arma 3 you need to specifically enable it in game. I was puzzled at first but now it works fine.

You will see it is greyed out initially.
