Will not work tried everything

Win 7 64

Just had trackir 5 delivered and have been trying to get it to work for hours and feel like throwing it in rubbish bin .
Downloaded the latest software and installed as directed , plug in the camera and its not detected , unknown device in device manager , first I get installing device driver software then I get device driver was not successfully installed error , unidentified Device - no driver found .
Yet in my control panel uninstall program list is " Naturalpoint USB drivers x64 "

Have been through the troubleshooting document on the site , uninstalling the program rebooting multiple times , reinstalling , cleaning the registry , run as administrator etc etc , Im over it and all I can say is its a very poor piece of software , dont know what else I can do looks like I got an expensive white elephant .

Roadblock,

All you need to do is go to the website help.naturalpoint.com and fill out the form there. It will then create a ticket and assign it to me. Once I receive the ticket information I can get started on a solution for you.

I just went to that section filled out the form typed in the capcha and send , then the same form appears with New ticket up the top , must log in again and fill the whole form out again .
Is this normal or something is wrong ?

Roadblock,

Something must have stopped it from going through. I didn't receive any new tickets in my other system. I would advise re-submitting the ticket and if it fails again I will have to look and see if there is a bigger problem on our end.

Im already logged into the forum when I tried to fill out new ticket again it wants me to log on , I cant remember my password and my browser logs me into forum automatically , when I tried to get the new ticket section to send me a new password it does not recognize my email address , Ive had it for 10 yrs .
Just checked my account settings in my user control panel and the email address is correct I joined in 2008 .

Dont know what else to do the system is also not working .

Roadblock,

I'm not sure what problem you are running into. I just checked and our system is creating tickets perfectly. I even went into an incognito browser and created a ticket without logging into the forums. I will PM you my email address. You can send your system specs and a basic rundown of your current issue there and I will create the ticket manually.

Ah , is there a time frame on this ticket thing , I havent anything from anybody ?
