Re-posted from my other post reply:

Update; I found my issue and it may effect others if they did it the same way.

It was your stand alone driver pack (NaturalPoint_USB_Drivers_2.70_x64.exe) not installing drivers that can be recognized by my Windows 7 Pro 64bit after the device was plugged in.

------------------------
So to sum up, don't install any drivers at all, and let the software pack (TrackIR_5.4.2.exe) install them for you.
------------------------

Works perfect now and in both ETS2 and ATS
Cheers,

Mr. Mike, I am having the same problem as [faxer] on this topic but im un-able to send a private help message. I can not find my USB drivers or my npusbio driver. I have tried un-installing and re-installing and nothing has worked any recommendations?

Beau,

If you are not seeing that folder, it means that the installer didn't go through correctly. You first would want to re-run the TrackIR 5.4.2 installer and see if it prompts for driver installation, if it does just follow through with the install and you'll be fine. If it doesn't than the failure would likely be elsewhere.

If the installer doesn't prompt you to install the drivers, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove TrackIR from add/remove programs
2. Remove NaturalPoint Drivers from add/remove programs.
3. Delete installer executable from where you saved it
4. Delete NaturalPoint folder from Program Files x86
5. Delete NaturalPoint folder from %APPDATA% location.
6. Open regedit.exe as an administrator
7. Search for and delete files labeled as "NaturalPoint"
8. Search for and delete files labeled as "TrackIR"
9. Reboot PC
10. Download new installer from website
11. Right-click and install as an administrator
12. Plug in TrackIR and verify the driver install.
