Is it possible to build a custom tracking target with TrackIR 5?

I have a flight helmet I would like to build an IR LED into for tracking purposes. I really only need 2 DOF so one point tracking would be fine.

I know FreeTrack will let you do this but I see nowhere to do it in the TrackIR 5.2 software.

Hi Sapper,

We don't enable custom configurations for our vector tracking (the 6 DOF tracking engine), because we want to ensure that the arrangement is very accurate to ensure the best tracking. However, if you are only looking to track a single LED, you can roll back to our 4.x software, which supports that type of tracking.
