Pitch down get wack

Post by Demious »

When I use TrackIR 5 with the TrackClip Pro, everything works perfectly fine, but when I try to use the reflective TrackClip and pitch down, the view pitches down just a little and then slams to the right. On the curve graph I can see that when pitching down, the red line move to the left just a little and then back to the right, to the pitch-up part of the graphic, even though the view doesnt pitch up, but moves to the right.

I had some red hue on the camera monitor, so I blacked out all external light sources and I only see 3 green dots now, but no improvement.
I can move my head up and down plenty (more than I need) and all 3 green dots are nicely visible on the camera monitor, all the time.
I tried to reinstall the software, but this also didnt change anything.
I've been trying to adjust the camera angle, but also no noticeable change.
Tried going back to using the TrackClip Pro and everything works fine again...

What can I do to make sure that the TrackClip can pitch down?

Cheers,
Maarten

Maarten,

Would you be able to post a video of what you are seeing? Have you tried increasing your light filter threshold in the advanced settings menu?
