All good, working with mike might have a newer lot of files for other apps up shortly.

OK here goes Mike.
Unknown version NAMED OLD think they were last update before the issue appeared =
not working (crashes app list empty on win 10)
SGL 01-23-2015 - working
Version from ED forums = working.

An here are the latest test you had me run
V344 = working
V 346 = Working
i suggest you download both lots and try the v344 and then if that works test v346 if that doest work then you can roll back to the v344 which should get you going.
to install these files download the files
go to (Default install path) (*if you changed this go to your installation folder)
C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5
and rename the sgl.dat and sgl.sig files sgl.dat.old and sgl.sig.old and then put the sgal files from the zips you downloaded into the directory above you may need UAC off or choose admin permissions to do so.
and now your list and games hsould be working.

Hey guys,
Has this issue been resolved? I'm not sure if I want to risk turning on the automatic updates.

Yes, the issue has been resolved. We have done a few updates since and have not had a repeat of the problem. I have also put in place a fail safe, so if the issue happens again it will be resolved within minutes of the first report. Hopefully, I don't have any issues like this again though.
