Game titles gone after list update.

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else has this issue. The Trackir client needed a game list update. After updating and restarting the client, all game titles have vanished. One light still appears when the client/camera is running and it tracks fine but that's all. I've restarted pc, deleted client and drivers and reinstalled. After install, titles are there but the standard install doesn't come with Elite Dangerous (so I updated titles again). Same issue, all titles are gone. Help!

What OS are you using? I'm trying my best to hunt down this issue. Because it isn't affecting everyone, it is making it a little tricky. Would you please upload the sgl.dat and sgl.sig files from your TrackIR folder so I can compare them to mine? I have also attached my working copies to this message. Feel free to download them, place them in the folder and then update me on the issue. Doing our best to resolve this issue here.

I have this same problem. It was working perfectly fine last week but a new win10 preview build was downloaded and then trackir asked to update the game list and then after it updated the game list is empty and it wont load any titles.

Im trying to play Rise of Flight right now but trackir wont recognize that the game is running. It also crashes randomly.

Im on windows 10 Preview Build 10162

Let me know whatever it is that you need from me and Ill upload it for you. I really want to get this bug fixed.

This happened to me this evening as well. I was looking forward to some Project CARS action.

I'm running Windows 10 Home 64bit, build 10240

I am also experiencing the same issue.
TrackIR version 5.2.200 (Build 14548)

Windows Edition: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64 bit

Did a "Check for game updates...", ans was prompted to restart TrackIR.
After restart, the games list is empty.

I removed the program and reinstalled. The games list was back, but without the recent (eg. ARMA3) entries.

Also, the FSX and Euro Truck Sim 2 titles are not recognized as enhanced, as they were previously.

Please let me know if there's a solution.
