Trackir 5 not tracking

hi everyone, I've recently got myself a new trackir , but i have a problem with it. It doesn't seem to be tracking anything, I've tried many things, such as reinstalling the software drivers, using different software versions, using other objects to reflect the ir light ( the camera is working, but doesn't track) including trying it on another PC, did anyone had a problem like this ? I'm using a normal track clip

do the tracking dots how up in the software at all?

if not can you try the following test.

put the software in tracking clip pro mode, and take a tv remote and aim it at the camera and push something like volume up or power button by holding the button down, do you see a dot in the tracking software.

if the answer to all the above is yes then the camera is working.

if the remote is working and showing up in the software, move the remote around does the dot move?

if this then works then you can check to see how many dots show up with you trackclip (remember to switch back to trackclip mode rather than the pro mode).

trackclip needs 3 to register before it can track anything, do you see 2 or 3 dots as maybe you trackclip is damaged and not reflecting properly, also when in trackclip mode do you see the 4 little red ir emitter lights on the camera?

again i am not affiliated with TrackIR, just a specialist at narrowing down problems :)

I've just tried what you suggested me to do. The 4 red light do appear on the camera when I choose track clip, but when I go to camera view, nothing appears on the screen( I've tried many angles with the track clip). I also did test it with a TV remote ( switched to track clip pro) , but nothing shows up on the screen...
I did test if the remote was giving IR light (used my phones camera), so its not the remote..

I think we already tried to fix it didnt we ?.. you said I must contact the supplier for replacement, and the supplier asked to post this issue on the forum in order to save us some time and see if there was any solution to the problem
