Tracker 5 stopped working after Windows 10 Upgrade

December 20th 2016 Windows 10 upgraded itself and my Tracker 5 stopped working. No lights come on. Nothing.

Anyone have a similar issue? What is the fix?

If you go into the device manager does it show up as an unknown device or as a TrackIR with an error?

If it is an unknown device you can try the steps below:

1. Switch the TrackIR to a different USB port (sometimes this resolves the issue by itself)
2. Open Device Manager
3. Locate the unknown device
4. Right click and select "Update driver software"
5. Select "Browse my computer for driver software"
6. Locate the correct file. (Default install location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64)
7. Click Next and follow instructions to finish the process.

Not quite sure what I did to fix it. I clicked the box for Windows 8 compatibility mode and it started working.
