No File After Saving Profile

Hello. I have created a profile for DCS and it works great. My problem if that when I save the profile within TrackIR software there is no XML file saved in 'NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\Profiles'. Also, which may be of relevance, when I copy a downloaded profile to that folder, the profile does not show in the drop-down menu within TrackIR. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Since we updated to 5.3 the profiles are now are stored in the directory "%AppData%\NaturalPoint\TrackIR 5\Profiles". If you placed them in the old location on the C: drive they will not work.
