Camera dead

Break it to me softly fellas. IS my TIR5 finally dead? Ive tried everything.

Hello amnwrx,

This looks like it could just be a few settings that need to be adjusted, like IR brightness and/or Light Filter Threshold. These settings can be found in the Advanced Camera settings. If you have not been able to get this working, or would like to setup a remote session, please contact support directly:
