TrackIR 5.4.2.27545 game profile disappears

Hi. I have been having issues with the latest TIR update. The issue manifests as the game profile disappearing from the client screen as well as a lack of function shortly after beginning a game (in this case Elite Dangerous). Eventually, the client stops working and I get a Windows error message. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello Foamdad,

Are you running the TrackIR with admin privileges? Is TrackIR installed in the default installation directory? It almost sounds like it is having a problem importing the profiles from the AppData folder. If you are not doing so already, I would suggest running the app with admin privilege and installing them in the default directory.

Does this happen only with Elite Dangerous? or can you reproduce this problem with other client applications as well? It would help us narrow down the problem.
