The left light on the my new Trackir 5 is a dim green that I can hardly see. On my old unit, that broke, the left light was a bright green.

When I load a game the right light is a bright green. Is there something wrong with my Trackir 5 unit?

Head tracking seems to be fine, however, I'm having a slight stutter issue that I'm pursuing.

Hello,

This sounds like the right LED went bad. The green LED is only for status-indication, so even if this LED is dim, it shouldn't affect overall tracking. Please submit a ticket at http://help.naturalpoint.com/ so that we can assist you with the repair if needed.
