left green light would turn off then my view would freeze

sometimes it would go crazy like when your shaking your mouse, then it would freeze. when i check the camera the one that lights turns on when its detecting the headset (clip or hat), is off. when i press reset, it would respond. but that, happening over 20 times during an hour of a game is a bit annoying

Hello Morbid,

This could be due to brightness in the room, or even the IR Brightness in the Advanced Camera settings. If you look at the Camera view, do you see only three green ovals? Are you seeing anything else?

If the brightness is too low, this would cause sudden freezes, or pausing. If it is too bright, or your room get's a lot of sunlight, the camera could pick up extra reflections which would cause erratic movement. Try right clicking in the Display area of the Track IR software, then select camera view. You will want to adjust your IR Brightness accordingly.
