Is Anyone Home?

I have posted a problem (same one) in two different threads, in February, and there have been zero responses to either of them. The problem seems to be a TIR problem, so I'd like to find out why it exists and if there's a fix, but it seems like the forum area is being ignored.

Could someone at least take a look at this problem and offer some input. I use buttons on my mouse for several TIR functions, and at present, it's not working.
