The usual problem as reported many times before (Windows 7 64bit)
HOWEVER the usual process...
Uninstall/Uninstall Drivers/Delete natural Point Program Folder/Delete User Appdata
Followed by a fresh installation (install as administrator) and connect to USB rather than USB hub doesn't seem to work...
Its been a repeated problem - frequently if I leave Track IR running but not in use...it freezes, the program crashes and on a restart I get the dreaded "no device detected"
I'm loath to think its a hardware problem as it is a fault that has occurred regularly and has always previously been resolved by repeated multiple uninstall/install cycles...
This time however I can't seem to get it to work at all...multiple uninstall/install cycles and tried the device ib different USB ports...
Any thoughts?
