Hi guys,

I just purchased another TrackIR5 and wondered, why it is only showing 2 red IR dots? My other TrackIR5 shows 4 red IR dots. Seems to work though.
So how many IR lights should be on, 2 or 4?

Thanks for the question. Older versions will have 4 LED's, the newer ones use a different type of LED which only requires 2. So yours is only supposed to shave 2.
