Can't launch TIR5 with affinity batch

Win10x64 here. I'm trying to launch TrackIR5 with a batch file, but to some reason I can not assign affinity mask to TrackIR5.exe anymore. What has been changed in the code?
I tried to install to a different directory to no avail.
