How do i check the delivery status of my track IR?

Having same issue, but i did contact sales through that email address.

Its the 27th, i ordered on the 21st, i checked my bank account to see if the money was
debited from my account and it was debited on the 23rd.

I haven't received a response from sales yet or at all about my shipment, whats getting me is i ordered 2nd air, so
to me if i ordered on the 21st, i would have assumed i would have received the package by the 24th or the 25th the latest.
Whats the deal!?

I'm out $190 for this! wtf is taking so long!?

Would help if there was some form of tracking number i could follow like you would with amazon, but i place the
order and can only trust, and assume that it would be delivered in the time i had ordered for.
These sales people all not at the office or something!?

I am not sure if the customer service is really slow, their own systems is very poor at generating emails or they are shutdown these days.

I've placed my order last night, got the thank you page with order code, received message from my bank that money has been paid and I have not even received any email from natural point regarding my order (even though it clearly said on confirmation page that I will)

I've even put in a ticket asking about it and nothing.

So I am not sure what's going on here.

I understand that due to covid delivery times can take longer but just an acknowledgement of order is what is expected. And in case the business is not operational due to covid it should be put on the website that orders are not being taken

Have you had any progress with this issue because I have the same and haven't heard from anyone yet.

This looks like an ongoing issue. has anyone had this issue resolved?
