Track IR 3 Support

I haven't used my track IR 3 but the latest software says i need to active vector keys? Its been quite a while since I have purchased my rig and did not receive any keys at the time. Is my Track IR3 unit now useless or am I able to receive new keys. My email has probably changed since my purchase but I am more than happy to provide what information I can to prove my purchase.
