I have only had the TrackIR for a few days and it worked grand, it wasn't used often, I was playing DCS world when the tracking just stopped.
In the software nothing was showing in the camera and there was no movement, on the camera itself the left and right lights are both OFF but the 4 red LEDs are ON.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers manually and reinstalling the software but still the issue remains, this is very disheartening considering it is less than a week old..
Hope you can fix my issue

New devices should not have 4 red LED lights. Can you send an email to support@naturalpoint.com with this issue? Can you also include your serial number?
