TrackIR 5 jumping around on set up screen

Have TR5 with Proclip. Was running fine until today. Open the program to center and check it, just starts jumping around. Tried the uninstall, reinstall, delete reg entries, run as admin, change settings for lighting, changed usb ports, cleared everything from app data folder. Re downloaded installation program, switched profiles. It just starts bugging out, not even starting a game just at the set up screen. Updated latest Nvidia drivers. Searched several posts here and other forums and this seems to be an ongoing problem for some users with no solid solutions. System specs:
Alienware Area 51m
i7 9700K
RTX 2070
32 gb ram

Hi Chilemike,

When you are in the program, could you double check to make sure that you have the right Tracking Target toggled?

In the software, right click on the display and check to see if there are any red dots or splotches. If there are, this is an indication of light interference and will cause glitchy movement.

Did that and saw some splotches. Took my glasses off to clean and it stopped jumping around. Put them back on...unstable. Shoot, I need my glasses to see targets. I have worn them all the time while playing before with no probs. All the lighting is the same etc. Well, at least I can start from there and try and figure it out. Thank you for the quick reply.

While using the TrackClip Pro, you should be able to wear your glasses without any interference. With the TrackClip Pro selected as your Tracking Target, go into the camera profile settings and raise the value of the light filter threshold setting. Doing this limits the amount of light taken in and will limit the sensitivity of the reflection from your glasses.
