TrackIR Software (NOT DEVICE) suddenly causing Screen Flicker?

User of TrackIR for years, suddenly, when I click on the desktop shortcut to run TrackIR, the desktop framerates drop from 120 to 10 (Causing Screen Flicker). Restart/Reboot no resolve, and thats even with TrackIR USB unplugged. Uninstall/Re-Install TrackIR software does not solve? Nothing else is an issue on the PC. What should I look for to resolve? Thanks
