TrackIr 5 stops working when I use ACTION to record

Hello, guys!
I'm having problems with my TrackIR 5, when I use my ACTION screen recorder, TrackIR 5 stops working, is there any incompatibility between these two programs?
What would be the solution to these problems?
Falcon BMS flight, flight simulator!
My Ryzen 7 3700, GTX 1660 TI and 16GB DDR4 3200 Setup
