Trackir 5 head clip pro still running after exit DCS

Hi everybody,
I don't know if any of you have already had the following two problems:
- I can't skip from DCS to Track IR (alt+tab buttons) program even if it's running and for that I can't adjust it as I would like in the cockpit.
- If I close DCS and I double click on the Track IR Icon (to try to re-open) on the desktop, the program said that's is impossible because the program is still running and I've to open the task manager then search Track IR.exe and force the exit.
