My trackIR is not working in TS2021.
I am running TrackIR software 5.4.2.27545.
When running the program, titles tab doesn´t show either "Dovetail Train Simulator 2015" or "Train Simulator 2015" titles, listed here as supported:

Instead, they list Railworks 5 (TS2014)
I tried 5.4.1 and did not list those games either.
How do I get this game in the titles listing, so I can use TrackIR in Train Simulator 2021?

The website is the more accurate representation of our supported list than the list within the software. The internal list only exists as a means to save custom profiles for different games, but is not required to TrackIR functionality in the specific game.
I'm not sure why it's not working for you at all, though. Can you try re-installing the TIR software? Windows has a bad habit of deleting the TIR drivers during windows updates.

I was able to find and solve the problem.
My TrackIR 5 is a new one and the software had a reduced set of games that required titles updating. I accidentally discovered the upper left button, where I was able to update the required titles which were instantly loaded. Once I got those titles TS2021 worked fine.
